OPENING.

The award ceremony was opened by Mr. Jose Vila, President of CZ, who explained why of the prizes "Best Safety Choice CZ Award" 2009.

Afterwards, Mr. Wilf Bedard (RCAR Secretary - Research Council for Automobile Repairs -) took the floor to explain what the RCAR is, as well as the road safety activities carried out.

Immediately after, Mr. Brian O’Neill, CZ Advisory Committee Member, explained the technical criteria on which CZ has based to reward the winners.

After that, Mrs. Eva Castillero, the presenter (Aragon [Spain] Broadcasting Public Corporation, CARTV), started with the presentation of the awarded vehicles.
